Every license number, DEA registration, SSN, and policy document in your briefcase is locked with per-user AES-256-GCM encryption, encrypted field by field before it is written to the database.

Per-User Encryption Keys

Every account gets its own AES-256-GCM key at registration, envelope-encrypted with a master key held in the server environment, separate from the database. We manage that key material, which is what lets verifier links render and keeps your records recoverable.

Field-Level Protection

SSNs, license numbers, DOBs, phone numbers, policy numbers — each field is encrypted individually, not just at the disk level, so the stored records are not readable from the database alone.
